Instructions for Judges

Before scoring, review candidate materials and the full rubric on the Selection Committee Hub.

You will evaluate candidates one at a time — submit one form per candidate.

Each criterion is worth up to 25 points (100 pts total).

Scoring Rubric:
20–25: Exceptional | 15–19: Strong | 10–14: Adequate | 5–9: Weak | 0–4: Poor
